ABOUT OUR TAI CHI STUDIO
Serenity Tai Chi emphasizes practice in a safe, non-competitive environment. We practice Yang-Style Tai Chi, which consists of slow and gentle flowing movement that helps develop strength, balance, and well-being. For beginners, we teach the Yang 24 short form, the most widely practiced Yang-style form. In addition, we offer the traditional Yang-style 108 form, for those who wish to develop their Tai Chi skills further.
Along with these, we offer Chair Tai Chi, as developed by Sifu Pat Griffith. Chair Chi is a gentle exercise program to help people receive the benefits of traditional Tai Chi in the comfort and safety of their chair, which allows people who cannot stand or do not feel confident with their balance (walker, wheelchair, movement disorder) to participate in the benefit.

With over 20 years martial arts experience, Sifu Rob brings a passion for teaching Tai Chi to the studio. He believes Tai Chi is a discipline for improving health, quality of life, and creating peace of mind through continued practice.
